BENEFITS ADVICE

We offer free, confidential and impartial debt help with a wide range of debt related issues including:

Tax Credits

Housing Benefit

TRIBUNAL REPRESENTATION

We offer free, confidential and impartial Tribunal Representation and have two Tribunal Representatives / Welfare Reform Advisers who can represent you at your benefits appeal.

EMPLOYMENT ADVICE

We offer free, confidential and impartial Employment advice.

Employment Law is an extremely complex area and many employees / workers are unsure of their rights at work. If you think your employer is treating you unfairly then contact us for advice.

HOUSING ADVICE

We offer advice in all areas of housing including

rent arrears
threat of eviction
housing selection scheme
tenants and landlords rights and responsibilities
neighbour issues and more…..

CONSUMER ADVICE

We offer consumer advice on issues such as:

faulty goods
refunds on consumer purchases
if you are unhappy with the service you received
problems with building work, home improvements and repairs
problems with utility services

IMMIGRATION ADVICE

We offer free basic immigration advice to OISC Level 1 only.
For example:

visa eligibility, however we cannot help complete forms and would advise that you seek specialist advice due to the costs involved.
chasing up Home Office delays
advice on becoming a British citizen (also known as ‘naturalisation’)

DEBT ADVICE

We offer free, confidential and impartial debt help with a wide range of debt related issues including:

Credit cards
Loans
Mortgage arrears
Rent arrears
